Starting his professional career as a Management Consultant in New York and Mumbai, Cyrus soon realised that his true passion lay in the field of real estate development. He joined his family real estate business in 2006 and began setting up systems, processes and training teams to achieve operational excellence at their 370-acre township in the western suburbs.

In 2017, Cyrus founded Viceroy Properties as a new breed of real estate developer that focuses on research and development, aided by systems and processes with a central philosophy of customer centricity. He aims to establish Viceroy Properties as a significant market player that delivers purposeful luxury and prioritises living experiences to a discerning set of customers.
